Chris Fink - Board Member
Chris is a longtime advocate for community health and economic development, bringing 40 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 senior management and as President of his professional services firm, RetailGrowth. Today, he focuses on board leadership, angel investing, and advising emerging companies throughout the Southeast, while remaining actively involved in community health and human rights initiatives. Chris brings Everwell a wealth of executive experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to building stronger, healthier communities.
Bernard Rubin - Board Member
Bernard is a seasoned beverage industry executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, supply chain, and brand growth. Throughout his career, he has launched and developed consumer brands, managed co-packers, bottlers, distributors, and major retail relationships, and built markets throughout the U.S. and internationally. Bernard brings Everwell deep industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and a strong understanding of the beverage business from production through distribution.
Steve Lister - Board Member
Steve is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in financial strategy, capital planning, business development, and organizational growth. His career includes senior CFO and CEO leadership, more than 25 years of board service, and significant work advancing sustainability and textile recycling initiatives in the U.S. and internationally. Steve brings Everwell deep expertise in financial stewardship, governance, strategic planning, and sustainable growth.
Leah Wong Ashburn - Special Advisor
Leah is President, CEO, and second-generation family owner of Highland Brewing Company, Asheville’s original craft brewery. Since joining Highland in 2011, Leah has helped guide the company through continued growth and evolution while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, people, community, and sustainability. A respected business and community leader, Leah brings Everwell invaluable beverage industry experience, regional relationships, brand leadership, and a deep understanding of how to build a purpose driven organization rooted in Western North Carolina.
